Alright, right at the last minute possible I'm happy to announce the Chromium Kickstarter Exclusive covers have arrived and fulfillment can finally resume!

I'm flying back to Brazil on Monday but I expect to ship EVERYTHING left by then. It will be tight but I'm confident I can make it work.

I wish I had only good news to share but unfortunately that's not the case...

The factory in China did a VERY poor job packaging and shipping the Chromium books and seeing how the rest of the order that came first was neatly packaged it almost feel they did this out of spite. The books were stuffed in a box and shipped. That was it. No protection whatsoever, not even the standard bubble-wrap... I'm attaching pics below.

While I will pick and choose the best-looking books to ship out please bear that in mind when receiving your units.

I may not be able to ship "grade 10 mint" comic books for those that are looking to CGC this.

I will be back in touch next week to confirm fulfillment is complete and share instructions and time lines on possible replacements/missing items.

Hey everyone!

I'm happy to announce that over 500 packages have been sent already and are making their way to most of you across the globe. Please give it up to three weeks for packages to arrive - especially international backers.

I used BackerKit and EasyPost to ship everything and the system should have automatically sent tracking codes to your Kickstarter registered e-mails so you can follow along. Make sure you are getting e-mails from BackerKit please.

44 BACKERS HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED THEIR SURVEYS AND WILL NOT RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGES UNTIL THEY DO.

After all how can I ship packages when I don't have mailing addresses, right?

THE KICKSTARTER CHROMIUM EDITION BOOKS

I have about 361 packages left to mail yet which include the Kickstarter Exclusive Edition that should have been printed in a Chromium cover. I've been in touch with the factory in China and they finished re-printing the whole order this week.

I expect the corrected books to arrive around August 5th when I will complete the fulfillment for The Few and Cursed #5.

Everything else that did not include a Chromium book has been shipped.

LARGE FORMAT POSTERS/PRINTS

These are sent separately in mailing tubes so don't worry if your package arrives days before the prints, they are on their way and will be going out on Monday. 

I would never fold the posters and include them in envelopes.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

It can happen so please bear with me. Please verify all your items have arrived. It was a hectic  logistics experience to get these many packages out the door with so many different builds. Mistakes happen and I'm pretty sure one or more backers might notice an item missing.

I also continue to perfect my shipping methods and even though I think I got to a pretty standard already damages might have occurred under the care of USPS.

In either case please E-MAIL ME at [email protected]. You  have to e-mail me instead of messaging me here on Kickstarter so I can queue you up for a replacement or secondary package. In case of damaged  goods I will also need photos of the damage.

THE FEW AND CURSED #6 IS AVAILABLE ON BACKERKIT

I know a number of you were waiting to get your TFAC#5 comics before jumping on the next issue's bandwagon and I sincerely hope now is the perfect time to finally get back to the series.

ALL BOOKS ARE SIGNED, BOARDED AND BAGGED!

Hiya everyone! I'm pleased to announce over the long weekend I managed to sign every comic book I had available that's shipping out and my wife had them boarded and bagged.

We are now starting to put the different packages together sorting out all the items and then labeling them to slowly get them out the door over the next few weeks. I hope to be completely done with fulfillment by the end of the month!

THE CHROMIUM COVER EDITIONS

This is specifically for backers that pledged towards the Kickstarter Exclusive Edition.

Factory has informed me they will print all 500 books again with the correct cover chromium paper and then air ship them to Florida. That's still a lengthy process so these packages will have a slight delay and will probably go out early August.

I'll do my best to ship everything as early as possible but I'm still going through the daily grind of every other project and there's still some personal commitments I've taken over prior to the factory delaying the order and thus delaying fulfillment.

That's the worst part of having things get delayed - they pile up.

The latest web store went up online as soon as the Kickstarter for The Few and Cursed #6 ended and it offers not only past issues and collectibles but also everything new that's going to be manufactured with the new book.

Feel free to visit the link above to put in a pre-order to be fulfilled along with issue #6 rewards. You also won't have your credit card charged until later this year around Thanksgiving. This is more like to reserve some of the most exclusive or almost sold-out items.

Alright, my friends, the time has finally come. I've started signing the books and my wife will start putting packages together in the next few days and yep we will be working through the long holiday to get these out as soon as possible.

This is your FINAL NOTICE to verify and update your shipping address if needed. BackerKit will e-mail you an address confirmation and give you all 48 hours to make any necessary changes. Once that deadline is up then BackerKit will lock your addresses automatically.

Please make sure you are getting the BackerKit e-mails as sometimes they can end up in your Spam or Junk Folder. If no changes are needed just ignore the e-mail. Thanks!

And I wish those were the only news I had to share today...

BUT

The factory screwed up one of the books I'm afraid. The Kickstarter Edition was NOT printed in Chromium Holofoil paper for the cover. They printed it regularly like all the other books.

I'm already in contact with CrossBlue and already demanded a speedy solution. They will just have to print those again and get it right this time. Sorry to have some bittersweet news mixed in here...

Unfortunately you will have to wait a little longer to get your packages but in turn I'm doubling your books. I'll be shipping both the Chromium and Regular covers of the Kickstarter Edition as a token of my appreciation towards your understanding and support.

I'm really sorry about this. I did quote and paid for a Chromium book so it's just really unfortunate that the factory did not get this right. I'll definitely keep you all posted as the situation unfolds.

The comics, collectible coin and cards look absolutely stunning though and below you will find some beauty shots.
